Call of Duty Black Ops Voted ‘Best Game Ending’ Of All Time
17 hours 3 mins ago
Not satisfied with filling the public's heads with blatant lies concerning the game Mass Effect. Fox have now put up article on there site which claims Videogames are causing the death of the very planet. It tries to pass itself off as a article concerning all electronics, yet somehow moves sideways to attack videogames.
Not satisfied with making an utter fool of itself over the Mass Effect "controversy," Fox's pathetic attempts to discredit the games industry have reached new levels of ridiculous as it jumps on a recent hypocritical news piece for its site. The "news" source's Web site has published a story (with a stupid headline) that claims research is now blaming videogames for the eventual decline of Mother Nature herself. It only briefly acknowledged the fact that televisions and computers are actually what the researchers reference in their little assassination attempt.
The report claims that videogames cause people to stay indoors, and staying indoors, suffering from "videophilia," leads to a decrease in one's interest in nature ... this means that they do not care about natural conservation and ... all the bears commit suicide as a cry for help!? I don't know. I don't know HOW they're trying to pass this one off, it defies all logic and sense.

Seriously, technology HAS done that. But it extends to so much more than simply video games, it's the whole "business" and factory movement that has truly caused the erosion of Nature, via pollution. and kids have long been disinterested in Nature, and that's a trend I see continuing as long as the television continues to dominate.
But blaming it on one form of entertainment that already has seen such harsh cand undeserved criticism like games is just...dumb.
Oh well. I hate Fox news anyways. Way to biased.
This is just one of the reasons I hate Fox. Misinformation, poor-quality and virtually no balance. They are excessively biased, whether it be in politics or opinions, and their "research" is frequently off the mark. If they weren't a voracious Murdoch-driven money pit, they would have the dignity to shut the *bleep* up about their opinions and report decent news, or otherwise just close down. Fox is probably the most blatantly misinformed news network I've ever seen. They should just stop existing.
Their last attempt against video games was based on inaccurate information, which also resulted in a author's book getting its shit ruined. How did they think was going to go over for them ?
Instead of going out and driving, which would expel more greenhouse gases into the atmosphere, gamers are staying indoors, keeping more cars off the road, which also keep us from perpetuating the worldwide oil crisis.
Where's my *bleep*ing Nobel Prive ?
At least i watch the good parts of Fox News. You'd be surprised how good fox news is when compared to CNN who are pro Democrat and the other news stations. At least the parts i watch has a healthy debates between two different parties without killing each other.
And has yet to talk about anything bad about video games.
Meh, they can say whatever the hell they want, no one's going to buy it, except Thompson.
