A NY Times reporter voiced concern that Microsoft's games line-up for the year isn't as good as last year. Microsoft responded that despite how things may appear from the outside, their games line-up for 2008 is stacked and that we "just dont know about it".
In a DICE Summit interview to the NY Times, Microsofts Shane Kim was asked about the companys 2008 line-up. The NYT reporter pointed out how Microsofts games line-up seems to pale in comparison to what the company had to offer last year - Mass Effect, BioShock, Halo 3, PGR4, to name a few exclusives. And Mr. Kims answer is an interesting one.

XBOX360 has plenty of great titles on the 2008+ line up. Maybe not as much hype as the games last year but surely looking to be much better.
Gears of War 2, GTA4, Ninja Gaiden 2, Halo Wars, Banjo Kazooie 360, Splinter Cell Conviction, Rainbow Six Vegas 2, Fable 2, EndWar, Condemned 2, Resident Evil 5, Guitar Hero 4, Soul Caliber 4, Brothers in Arms Hells Highway, Army of Two.
the only game that looks like it could be the only AAA for the system alan wake its not even exclusive its a PC port.
It's down to personal taste to be quite honest.
The first Killzone was bad. So I'm not sold on the second one at all.
GT is a simulation racer which takes a certain type of racing game fan to get into. So really it's only a benefit to those people.
MGS and Resistance looks great though.
But I loved Fable and Condemned. Brothers in Arms has been good all along. Ninja Gaiden and Resident Evil are pretty much sure hits.
M$ is hiding titles and its list is still longer than the PS3's. We PS3 owners have to wait until Fall 08 to mid 2009 before we see any exclusives really worth our time.
But theres no doubt that they are keeping some titles on the DL, iLLmatic makes a great point though.
