Call of Duty Black Ops Voted ‘Best Game Ending’ Of All Time

Right now it's one of those internet rumors attributed to a "reliable source," but it seems reasonable to us: Word is, a movie based on Bioshock is in the works.
Execs at a major studio have reportedly been meeting with 2k and talking about the feasibility of big screen Big Daddies.
According to joystiq.com, "The studio hopes to bring the fallen aquatic utopia of Rapture to celluloid life through extensive use of green screen technology, an approach not dissimilar to Legendary Pictures' interpretation of 300. If the computer generated approach is deemed feasible and fitting, the focus can then shift to capturing BioShock's secondary (and uninhabited) characters."

BioShock is a unique game that mixes a spine-chilling setting illustrated with art deco art and architecture, sci-fi themes of bio-genetic mutation and self-modification, a deep storyline with open-choice freedom to interact with the world, and first-person action that requires you to think every time you pull the trigger.

I might watch the movie, but unless it is AWESOME, I doubt I'd pay to see it >_>
If you cut through all the hallway walking, puzzle solving, repetitive fighting, and searching levels for EVERYTHING, you could easily cut down to under 2 hours. The telling of the story didn't take 10 hours, most of the time you are playing you are doing one of the above things.
I would love to see this movie.
Who knows, maybe it won't turn out bad like Bloodrayne. =/
With a good makeup artist and wardrobe, and some decent, creepy, acting from the splicers, it would turn out as an instant cult classic.
