Trademork.com reports that Apple recently filed to protect its logo and trademarks in relation to hand-held units for playing electronic games; hand-held units for playing video games; stand alone video game machines; electronic games other than those adapted for use with television receivers only; LCD game machines; electronic educational game machines; toys, namely battery-powered computer games.

Macs have a bad habit of only being supported by other Macs. The only Mac hardware is made by Apple, and all of the software is made by Mac owners. Its its own bubble. And if anyone is going to somehow pull off success in the gaming market without 3rd party support, it's Nintendo!
I won't be surprised if come next gen we will have 4 consoles instead of 3.
The last one was filled with "We can Add together" Shit for toddlers. >.
