The new feature patch announced last week for Call of Duty 4 is on the way. Internal development and testing is completed, and the patch has been sent to Microsoft to undergo the Certification process. The PS3 patch is still being worked on.     Can't wait for this patch, though it'll inevitably bring around the widened use of snipers.

    Good that the ACOG scope is more accurate after the patch too. Finally my P90/M4 combo will actually be worthwhile.

    I am really excited for all of these changes, especially the new host migration feature! The improvement of sniper scopes sounds pretty great too.

    They may not seem that major but I'm sure they'll have a big impact.

    Damn some people are stupid. Thanks for thumbing me down(whoever it was) for bringing up an issue alot of people are having, let me explain more in case you didn't understand.

    There is a glitch that boots some people out of a match AS SOON AS IT STARTS and we are unable to play any COD online multiplayer. I had to borrow my friends account for a while, then he took it back. I can't even play multiplayer at all without making a new account, which is complete bullshit.

    They should have fixed that long before they even thought about gameplay patches. It's been brought to their attention plenty of times, it's all over their forums.
