With Lost Odyssey finally released in the U.S, the packaging isn't identical as people would think it is to the Asian version. Plus since it's an Xbox 360 game, the game comes on four discs which reminds us of the PSX generation when were playing any of the Final Fantasy games or back when Shenmue was released on Dreamcast.
The packaging comes crammed with four discs. Three discs are stacked while the fourth is in a papered envelope. The Asian version had a much better solution which is to include all four discs stacked in a sort of flip book style.
This is Xbox 360's second generation of games and already four disc games are popping up. Players just wonder what will happen when the third generation Xbox 360 games begin hitting the shelves.
Did Microsoft make a mistake when they did not implement Blu-Ray with the 360? Is Blu-Ray the future?
The game ships on 4 disc with a length estimated at around 50 hours.
