Lost Planet Requires 5 GB Installation!!

As you may recall DMC4 required 5GB of space to install the game before playing it, for the PS3 version. Well it seems Lost Planet has also taken the same route. Although unlike DMC4, the installation for Lost Planet won't have much on the screen, which may bore some of you for 15-20 minutes. Another sandwich break before playing.
One may ponder why capcom is doing this, will this be standard for all capcom games and will anything beneficial come out of it, lets wait and see.

I feel bad for 20gb owners who want these games, this and dmc4 alone will take more than half their harddrive

I don't see why you kids are going so apeshit over 5gb installation, in the long run it makes the game more enjoyable. If this was available in Call of Duty 4.... man that would be sweet.

Why would you want to have it in CoD4? The load times are short enough as it is.

I know, but jumping right into maps would be excellent on multi-player. It wouldn't be 5GB huge, but still a decent size.

      it wouldnt make a difference.

it would still be effected by the games contestants in that map and your connection.

God I hope they don't keep douing this with all their games. I don't have a problem with some installing, but 5gb! I don't mind if its 1-2gb.
