Unreal Engine 3 GDC demonstration

Epic has been making a number or pretty damn impressive improvements to their Unreal Engine 3 since the release of the original Gears of War, some of which were shown off at Microsoft's GDC keynote.
Epic gave a short Unreal Engine 3 presentation during Microsoft’s GDC keynote earlier today, showing off some of the advancements they’ve made to their engine since the original Gears of War was released in late ‘06.
