The Overlord Watches Over Us (And Our PS3)

It seems that Sony have managed to snag a game that was previously exclusive to the XBOX360 and PC, namely Overlord. And this summer we shall be seeing Overlord: Raising Hell come to our PS3's.

The game, whilst being a port of the XBOX360 and PC versions, will include extras such as ALL the downloadable content that has been released for the game (and that too on one blu-ray disc, since it has the space).

It seems that I was most certainly correct in my previous reporting that this is the game that may very well be coming onto the PS3

    Sony, I hate you right now. I like Overlord, it's pretty fun and despite it being about being EVIL, it's still rather light hearted and funny. I don't like the fact that now it's only for PS3, especially when I have no plans on buying a PS3 for just one game.

    Edit: D'oh, guess that teaches me not to read something when it's 5 in the morning. Silly silly me.

    Did you even read the article??? It says the PS3 is getting a port of it, so it is not MS Exclusive anymore. Dunno why you'd think they'd just suddenly change to just PS3.

    Another game I've never heard of... It's not "only for PS3", Play ISDF. It's a port of the X360 and PC versions.

    Anyways, the game sounds interesting. I'll have to see some details.

    Overlord is okay... not great but worth a rent, I suppose, if you haven't got a good new game to play.

    I have it on 360; so I wont be getting it on PS3.

    There's that evil $ony STEALING games again! It just makes me so gosh darn angry how they just buy things out! amirite or amirite?


    srsly though, I enjoyed the hell out of Overlord and I'm glad more people will get the chance to play it. I thought it was a hugely underrated game. One of the few just laugh out loud games out there too.

      Lol, you might have a point; I've seen more than a handful of previous 360 exclusives port to PS3 (not like they were real important titles anyway). Whatever happens, though. I might check this game out.

      Yeah, my thoughts are the same. I liked the demo and it seemed like it could be fun. But I didn't buy it.... and in the end it hasn't gotten the love it deserves.
