What could make Home better? When developers go the extra mile to make some amazing stuff that is all in Home. Resistance Fall Of Man will have a interactive "Home". Much like the Insomniac Musuem found in the R&C games. You will be able to view levels that never made it into the game, listen to hidden radio messages that will give more detail on the story and much more.

Uncharted takes it a step further. There will be "Homes" that are designed as the levels that are found in uncharted. Letting you explore the areas without getting shot at. But that it is not all. Uncharted will feature a mini side scroller game that will only be found on Home.

Warhawk has done something different then the other two games. Their will be a "war room" for players to be able to sit together and talk about strategies. There will be a virtual map that you can even place little soldiers in to show a visual demonstration.

And let's hope this is just the beginning. Come one Dev's. Lets get a little creative with Home.

While Home for the PlayStation 3 may have generated plenty of buzz for Sony at last year's Game Developers Conference, its late arrival and the setting in of reality may have made it put a damper on the hype surrounding the service. We've had our doubts that Home may ultimately be nothing more than a prettier Second Life, a glorified 3D chat room, one that only makes getting to the games we actually want to play a bit of a chore. But we've recently learned some very interesting things about how three first-party published games will take advantage of Home's features that have us very excited.

All this stuff sounds way too good to be true.

Sounds awesome. The Uncharted feature sounds a bit crap but the Warhawk War Room will be awesome. Placing little soldiers on a virtual map will be fun albeit pointless.
    Do people still play Resistance??
Still no release date though which is really pissing me off.

Yeah, the games are always full and sometimes pretty hard to get in a game that you want and placing little soldiers on i virtual map is no where near pointless, you can show how your strategy will work and plan out how it will work etc.

My Warhawk clan is tactical, so strategy maps in Home is sweet, albeit very useful.

The last rumor I heard from kotaku turned out true, let's hope this one is, too, because this sounds like some uber-pwnage.

I don't think this is a rumor. I think its true. Read the first paragraph in the quote. They don't talk like its a rumor.

These portals are sounding so *bleep*ing cool. Home is going to be way more deep than expected.

I really, really hope Sony gets HOME right. They've made so many mistakes with the PlayStation 3 that it's about time something breaks the curse!

That. Sounded. Ridiculous. 'So many mistakes'? Hardly. A few missteps here and there? More probable.

A "misstep" is still a mistake. And it's not as though they're irreparable either. In my opinion Sony should have used the time they had after the Xbox 360 launched to copy all the things Microsoft managed to get right (such as reasonable price points, persistent online aliases, unified friends lists, custom soundtracks, force feedback controllers and so forth). I'm not a proud "fanboy", I just want a kickass system that does as much as possible. Sony are slowly getting back on track with the PlayStation 3, but it certainly would have been better for us if they hadn't stumbled in the first place.

They have sold quite well after making 'so many mistakes.' There isn't any reason to rip off another company when you have a plan in place and there is certainly nothing wrong with staying true to your goal without getting off course and simply copying others.

Well, Xenctuary, as long as you know that they're getting back on track, that's fine. If you had said that they're still doing it wrong, I might've had some beef with that, but nothing earth-shattering for me to get angry over.

If Sony ever formed an army, I'm sure you guys would lead the front lines.

Mature your mind Xentuary. I gave you an intelligent response and thats all you can think to say. All of you people with your fanboy accusations are just as bad as the actual fanboys. Its TIRED and you make yourself sound like a tool.
