Windows Vista SP1 Still On Track

Earlier in the week there had been some confusion about whether or not SP1 for Vista was being delayed, there had been some mixed messages sent out. "We will be releasing Windows Vista SP1 in two waves" was the sentence that seemed to cause the confusion, but by that they only meant the main languages would get it first, then the rest later, not that anything had been delayed.
Apparently this (earlier) post has created some confusion, which was the opposite of my intent," wrote Microsoft Vista product manager Nick White in a blog posting. "Aside from our having accelerated SP1 availability to MSDN/TechNet subscribers and volume licensing customers, there has been no change in the release.
