Take-Two announced today that 2K Marin is working on a sequel to BioShock, and that it is set for a fourth-quarter fiscal 2009 release, placing it around October.
In a conference call to its investors, Ben Feder, CEO of Take-Two, stated that despite the studio change, Ken Levine will still be working on BioShock 2, and he will be working on a new IP. A lot of the work will be done at 2K Marin, but thats not to say that Ken will not be involved. Hmm, this sounds like Ken may be focused more on his new IP than the sequel though. I wonder what it is?
