Dark Sector looked so much cooler when it was set in space and super futuristic...
Now it's just a Gears clone with a boomerang. And it truly is a gears clone. It might be fun but that doesn't matter, they had the chance to at least switch up the freaking environment! It's even using a different engine and it looks just like it's using the UE3 engine with the same materials as Gears of War. It pains me to see it now.

    MUST WATCH Early Video

DarkSector supremely fails now. If you watch the footage that game looked like it could have been so much cooler.

The funny thing is I still find the title typography and logo to be *bleep*ing brilliant.

C&C 3 looks promising. I may just give that a go I think. Although my local shop does a thing where you can return the game within a week if you dont like it so; so if I choose not to keep it I can get my money back

Sometimes it feels like the game companies just can't come up with decent ideas. =/
But there are some games to look forward to...I guess.
