Why is it that this game actually seems interesting compared to most movie games that tend to be failures? Nobody knows, but what we do know is when the game will be released. The game will release on June 3rd, 2008, and then we will find out how great (or how much of a failure) this game is.

Against our better judgment, we've been getting progressively more excited for the non-Matt Damon, don't-call-it-a-movie-adaptation Bourne Conspiracy. We learned this morning that we'll figure out if we picked a winner or got bourned again when the game drops on June 3.

We're happy that we're not going to have to wait to much longer, but it's also nice to see a major release in the heart of the summer. If only more publishers would realize that dropping a fun oasis into the summer desert could translate into a lot of extra attention (and dollars) for them.

Why is it interesting? Because it's aiming to do what the better movie to games do. Like the Chronicles of Riddick, instead of exactly mirroring the movies, Bourne Conspiracy is just taking the cool stuff about the movies and making their own game with these things.

The biggest downfall of any movie to game is when a developer tries to do everything to a t in the game that was done in the movie. It just doesn't work. Take some creative liberties.

Yea it does look interesting, but thats the worst release date for me. Same day as Ninja Gaiden, and both would take a backseat in a little over a week anyway.
