Tired of yanking out your guitar while playing Rock Band? Hate having so many wires plugged in when you're playing with a friend, or are you running out of USB ports and you can't find your hub? Well, fellow Rockers, then this may appeal to you. The Fender Stratocaster is finally being shipped with no wires. The pricing is $69.99 for the guitar. You can also purchase the Rock Band Drum-Kit standalone for $79.99.

A reminder to our fellow Rock Band owners who didn't go all-in with a big box purchase or want to rock out free of those wired constraints. You should be seeing stand alone and completely wireless Rock Band Stratocaster guitars hitting retailers this week for an MSRP of around $69. Cosmetically, the Stratocasters are identical to those included in the big box of Rock Band fun, just in a new wireless flavor. Remember, you can also pickup the drum kit as a stand alone peripheral at retailers for around $79.

I'd love the stratocaster if it weren't for the strum bar and the solo buttons were average size, it's a great guitar but those two flaws are so major and they put me off the guitar so much.

The Strat is so much better than those damn GH controllers. The neck is much bigger, the buttons are easier to hit, and the strum bar is more lifelike. The solo buttons are a bit small though. I only use them if I'm totally losing on a solo or if I know the song to death and I know I can get through the solo.

But I'm glad they're finally out. Now I can actually play 4 players with my buds now. Not having bass was kinda lame.
