    I don't know if that was just a joke or just a matter of being uninformed, but have you ever taken a look at Japan? Most of them are in much better physical shape than us. Largely due to their diet which consists largely of rice.

      yea its rare you see an over weight japanese person.... not counting sumo wrestlers lol.
