Sonic & Mario at the Olympic Games beats UK top charts ... again!

Remember this? Oops, they've done it again! After being at the top for some time, Sonic and Mario have once again reclaimed the spot.

God knows how NFS ProStreet got there, after being such a big disappointment.

Their unholy alliance seems to be paying off as everyone’s favourite Plumber and Hedgehog have topped the UK’s all format charts again this week. This game is proving to be a beast that will not be slain, consistently rising and falling in the charts just to climb to the top spot again. Not only is the game number one overall but first on the Wii and second on the DS charts, cementing the fact that I am the only one who finds the premise of a stunted overweight Italian posing anything that even resembles an athletic challenge to a super-sonic hedgehog ridiculous. Then again, the fact I gave time to thinking about that says something about me.

    Mario and Sonic is not a good game, it's just selling high.

    It's nice to see New Super Mario Bros. up there... even though it was released a year and a half ago.

    That's quite hilarious. I can't believe Mario & Sonic is at the top. I myself thought it was a good game but it's not good enough for the whole world to go out and buy it and top the charts =|. Weird to see Cooking Mama & New Super Mario Bros. up there because they were released so long ago =|.

    Okay, this list is pathetic. Olympics are first and Cooking Mama is 11th. NSMB is even selling more than Assassin's Creed.
