Can this man get any crazier? Uwe Boll recently dared one million gamers to band together and protest against his movies via a petition. If this could be achieved, then he promised to stop making bad movies.

Well guess what? One million gamers did band together and protest against his movies. Unfortunately, Boll's response was not what gamers were hoping for...

How does Mr. Boll respond?

"I'm not a *bleep*ing r**ard like Michael Bay or other people running around in the business or Eli Roth making the same shitty movies over and over again," says Boll. "If you really look at my movies you will see my real genius you know, and if you go on May 23 on Postal you will see that I deliver a movie what nobody else delivered in the last 10 years, what is way better as all that social critic George Clooney bullshit what you get every *bleep*ing weekend."

Pretty infallible, but if it's not clear yet, Boll clearly illustrates that you're at fault, not him. "You have to really wake up and you have to see me what I am," he says. "I am the only genius in the whole *bleep*ing business. Goodbye."

Genius? And how! He's got a legion of anti-fans paying him more attention than ever as Postal approaches.

    Genius. Yeah, right. *snort*
Horrible and pathetic game-based movies are always FTL.

I think it was Vito (or Xenc?) that said they see him in a more amusing light now because it's clear even he knows the things he's saying or doing are ridiculous. I agree with whomever said this particular statement.

I love how he said he wanted a million signatures and then completely turned around and laughed in there faces. He obviously continues to underestimate just how bad his movies are.

If only Peter Jackson or Steven Speildberg made some game movies, then maybe they wouldn't have the bad reputation they have today

If by "genius" he means "idiot" then by all means, yes, he takes the cake. However, he's not the only one. Other Directors in the same category as Uwe would be, to name a couple:
James Wong for the Dragonball movie.
and Leonardo DiCaprio for the new Akira movie.
