It's official Haze released on the 22nd of May

Haze after many months of speculation has been dated, shipping to Europe on the 22nd of May 2008. This is apparently an official release date and as such is pretty concrete. So get ready for all that Necter fuelled mayhem this May

Ubisoft just confirmed that Haze will release in Europe on May 23.

The ship-date for the Free Radical shooter has been the subject of much speculation in the past few months.

Most recently, Ubisoft confirmed a May 22 date before immediately retracting it.

Hopefully this’ll be the last we hear of the PS3 exclusive before it finally makes it out.

    Joy... The last preview said there were still lots of bugs in it, hope they are sorted or i demand a new delay lol. I am not having another Ubi game that needs to be patched a week after release.

    In the information below what you have put you need to edit as it has that down for the 23rd. I sore you managed to get the title done before I posted tho ^^.

    Edit: According to other sources they say it is for the 23rd so I think you got some of the information wrong.

    This is great to hear as it is solid proof. Can not wait to see more though it will need to do a lot to persuade me.

    I'll be getting it seeing as it's the only decent game coming out in May. Well, it should pass some time before MGS4 is released anyways.

        Thanks for missing my point, im in the NA so obviously i would like a release date. So for me NA is the world cause its where i am at the moment

    Probably won't get Haze, at least until late July, if even then... They should, in my opinion, just fully complete the game, before releasing it.

    I wont be getting Haze, as well. I just don't see where it brings anything new to the table in terms of the FPS genre. What "zomg must have" factor does Haze have? If you're all for Haze, cool. It's just not my cup o' tea.

      Currently the only "zomg" people will be saying is when they hit the hundreds of bugs and AI glitches still in it, gamespot have the entire scoop on their site for those that haven't read it.

        Every Hands-on there has been has reported many bugs with the game, and every different Hands-on points out different bugs, so we're looking at a LOT of bugs.

        After everything that's happened, I've lost soooo much interest in Haze. And the last gameplay video I saw, a very recent one, just made me grimace...

    That's an awesome release date for me! My exams finish on May 10th and I'll have GTA and Haze to enjoy!

    What the hell is going on with this game! Delays one after another. Then we finally get a release date of may 22nd. The Ubisoft comes out and says that the game is delayed and won't be coming out on the 22nd. And now it is?!! If you don't believe me, just search it on GG, The articles where posted here.

      Me, it has taken way to long to be released and well they have nothing to show for their time, this game has been completely Ubied and by that i mean it is *bleep*ed like all their recent games.

        I wholeheartedly agree. I honestly don't understand why this game has gotten so much hype to begin with, it doesn't even look like it'll be very good.

          Why does PS3 always get stuck with budget-exclusives while devs put hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of money into such games as Bioshock?

          That was half-serious and half-joking, just to be clear.
