Frogster Interactive is pushing back their upcoming MMO, The Chronicles of Spellborn, to Autumn of this year! They cite the reason being that their new US publisher needs more time to prepare for the launch. Hopefully this will work out for fans, as they now have alot more time to work out any bugs in the game. As noted by GamingShogun, however, this means the MMO will be up against Warhammer Online which is due out in the same time frame.

...Considering the new strategy, Frogster assumes a launch of The Chronicles of Spellborn in autumn 2008. Nevertheless, the developer will continue the current closed beta tests for the time being.     Not sure, it is being developed with the Unreal Engine 3, so I would guess there is a monthly fee. Purely spec on my part though.

    This game will fail miserably against WAR. WAR is easily going to have the sme following as WoW did when it first started and probably grow to rival/eclipse it. No way will an unpublicised MMO succeed alongside that.
