Steel MGS4 PS3 on the way to America!

The 'steel' 40GB PS3 has already been unveiled in Japan as part of a special bundle. At the time it was labeled Japan only but recently Brandon Laurino has confirmed on Sony's official blog that the limited edition system will also be available in Amercia. No news on whether it will hit other territories yet.

Metal Gear?! Such an exclamation will no doubt emanate from a friend's mouth as he steps into your extravagant living room and gazes upon a "Gunmetal Grey" PlayStation 3. Konami's Brandon Laurino has confirmed on the official PlayStation Blog that this "VERY, VERY Limited Edition" system will be available in North America as part of a special Metal Gear Solid 4 bundle. You may recall caressing its steel-colored curves (in your mind) back when it was unveiled as the 40GB 'Hagane' model in Japan.

    So wait...there's a 80gb MGS bundle for $500.

    Then there's this right? How much does this cost...it sucks that it's 40 but it looks great.

    Omg. For a moment I thought that Snake picture was on the actual PS3. That would look ace.

    Still, it's a nice PS3. Too bad it isn't coming to the PAL regions because I'd definitely buy it.
