The full details and pre-order pages for the Fallout 3 Collector's Edition have been put up over at the GameStop website. For those of you living under a rock (or perhaps inside a Vault), Fallout 3 is a shooter/RPG set in a retro-post-apocalyptic future. Fallout 1 and 2 were both isometric RPGs with a turn-based combat system. The third part of the series was changed (with some dismay by fans) to the FPS system with some turn-based combat modes.
