The Popular Halo 2 based Red versus Blue series is now making it's way onto xbox live with episodes availible for 80 points each.

In a somewhat unexpected move, popular Halo 2-based machinima Red vs. Blue is making its way onto Xbox Live Marketplace. As of today, the first five episodes of the long-running series are available for download at 80 points ($1) each. There is no bundle option -- each episode must be purchased individually (hear that, RedOctane?). The episodes range in size from about 75 to 140 MB.
A dollar isn't much, but the RvB website offers a chunk of free episodes in a rotating schedules, so you could just wait to get these free. Granted, with the 70+ episodes they've created, you could be waiting a while. There's also the fact that you can get nineteen episodes (plus special features) in a $20 DVD sets from Rooster Teeth's store, and a couple other places let you catch Red vs. Blue online for free.

At 1$ an episode I can see these making a fair bit of money. If only RedOctane had off done 1$ per guitar hero track rather than the over priced packs they are selling on live.
