The much wanted Analogue Control Patch for Lair (which was given fairly low scores since it required you to use the SIXAXIS's tilt) has now been released. With the new update you can now control the in-game dragons using the Analogue stick as opposed to moving the controller in the direction that you want the dragon to turn.
Will this help boost the ratings? Only time will tell...
Also note this is only available for Europe for the time being.

I may actually want to play it all the way through now and maybe I can enjoy it this time.
Also, I don't think they shouldn't implement SIXAXIS in future controllers. Devs don't use it anymore, and most people hate it.
I don't LOVE motion controls but it works nice in some situations and I'm glad it's there. Don't take that away from the few people that do not have a problem with it. Just make sure that motion controls aren't mandatory but still available and everyones happy.
Yes this has been posted before, however i can't post a link though
I can honestly say that I enjoyed the SIXAXIS controls much better than these new analog controls. It's very simple why this is true. The game mechanics simply do not work well at all with analog sticks. The game controls loosely with or without analog control. Factor5 wanted you to be the person on the back of the dragon controlling the reigns, hence the lack of tight cornering and responsiveness. It works well through SIXAXIS implementation and I honestly won't be using the analog controls if I ever want to play this game.
This game has some really fun levels, other times it's just frustrating, not due to the controls, just due to what they ask of you within the levels. They expect too much of you sometimes. It's very reminiscent of them asking too much of you in their other games, Rogue Squadron which could get hectic as well.
It did not feel right at all to play Lair with analog sticks.
