Microsoft have released another update for the Xbox 360. They say it's for "Future Growth", but haven't exactly let anyone know what they mean by that. All we know is that the next time you turn on your 360 be ready for an update.
The next time you turn on your Xbox 360, you will likely be prompted to download a new system update, which may lead you to wonder just what exactly it updated. According to Major Nelson, who announced the update earlier today, the answer is nothing -- nothing tangible, at least. But the real point of interest here is what the update is doing behind the scenes: "This update contains code to 'prepare for future growth of the service.'"

Jesus Christ this was so stupid I FEEL BAD. That's how awful this was, dude. What the hell. You have to TRY to produce such worthless shit.
Might as well get this update over with, there goes my Saturday night...
But its weird that the update is that short, i mean is it normally that fast?
Wish they would be clear for what its for.
Live will be down for like five hours at like 2 AM EST on the 21st as well.
it seems odd no details are on this update...
I only wish PS3 updates were this fast seeing as they occur more frequently.
I've probably had the same amount of updates for both consoles.
I've had about 3 updates (excluding the initial update when I connected them to the internet for the first time) for each in the time scales I posted above.
And obviously you'd know about how many updates I've had better than myself.
You're *bleep*ing stupid.
