Call of Duty Black Ops Voted ‘Best Game Ending’ Of All Time
16 hours 37 mins ago
It appears Capcom's standards have fallen in recent years, no there isn't something wrong with Devil May Cry 4 or Lost Planet. The problem seems to be with Capcom's art division working on Okami for the Wii. It appears that rather than use one of their own pictures for the boxart they have taken to plundering IGN's image vault. Sure it's small and covered pretty well but when you look closely you can see IGN's logo
No, it's not Aprils fools day - though I did have to check. The American boxart for Okami hides an embarrassing secret... Someone from Capcom took their own artwork from the game from IGN. How do we know? Well, gob smackingly, the retail boxart has a visible IGN watermark! It's possible that files have been lost in the mists of time since they closed Clover Studio down... but taking art for your own game from a website? What next? Asking customers to sign up for two shitty ID's via your own cluster*bleep* of a sign up website with an orgy of letters and numbers?

And Lost Planet was utter wank tbh.
Wow, Capcom guys need to learn how to smudge in Photoshop. xD
How someone found that, I have no idea.
You know I saw a similar story about those Imagine DS games with their boxart being from a stock photo website and having it's watermark. I looked at the boxart in a store though and there was nothing to be found, the boxart was as clean as can be.
Here is the image that was apparently used for the background.
Same as this. But who cares, IGN sucks.

I just couldn't believe it when I first saw this. Could it be an elaborate joke?
