Infinity Ward have pulled back their version 1.6 Patch Release for Call of Duty 4 because they have found some bug's/technical issues during there testing process. They did not say much on what the problems may have been but they did state that one problem was that the kill cam broke when playing with mods, among other things.

CoD 4: Modern Warfare is a new action-thriller that will arm gamers with the most advanced and powerful arsenal of modern day firepower to fight a new war in the world’s most treacherous hotspots. While a v1.6 patch was due for release soon a critical bug discovered during testing, which broke kill cams when playing with mods among other things, put it back in development.
