PlayStation 3 gamers can now download the second patch for Burnout Paradise, titled "Bogart".

Criterion Games have also announced that a fix is imminent for the frame rate issues caused by the Xbox 360's earlier released patch. In the meantime the game will downgraded once players connect to Xbox Live.

You'll get automatically updated, if you start the game, while logged in to the Playstation Network.

And if you're having problems with frame rate on Xbox 360, we have confirmation of the first part of our fix.

We'll reverse the Xbox 360 update from tomorrow and aim to bring you a version with the fix in place by the end of next week.

Again, we apologise to anyone affected by this issue. Nothing is more important to us than the quality of your Burnout experience and we've been working round the clock to resolve this.

A big thanks from the team to our community for raising this issue quickly and supporting us, while we address it.
