Games We Love but Wish We Could Love Playing

As part of the promotion for the imminent Mario Kart Wii launch, Nintendo is going to send Mario out into the streets of New York to hail (and pay for) cabs for those in need.
This Thursday, April 24, if you head out to the Sheraton Hotel on 811 7th Ave., between 52nd and 53rd streets, you'll be able to meet Mario, or a reasonable facsimile of same. He'll be able to hail you a cab, which he will then pay for in advance (!), from 8-10 AM and 12-2 PM.
Any New York City Game|Lifers want to head down and snap some pics? Bonus points if you get a ride to the Nintendo World Store.

Chill, Nintendo. Mario Kart Wii is gonna sell and it's gonna sell good.
Use this money for making commercials, Nintendo. Not dressin some guy up in a Mario suit.
God a guy dressing up as Mario, what the hell is he promoting or marketing? All of the Massive library milks of Mario games.
EDIT: Oh Mario Kart Wii your joking right? I mean how does this even promote that game?
Wow this article and your posting made my day. ROTFL
