You may remember Assault Heroes being recently knocked off the XBLA top list, well that could be because Assault Heroes 2 has come in to the scene.

The second part is to have a more action-packed arcade shooter experience, hi-jackable enemy vehicles, more levels, and enhanced on-foot and co-operative gameplay modes.

The game is set to arrive on May 14th and will cost 800 Microsoft points.

Although Assault Heroes was recently bumped off the Xbox Live Arcade's Top list, we're expecting Wanako Studios to jump right back in the fray come next month. That's because Assault Heroes 2 will be storming in at Xbox Live Arcade.

Part two promises to be an even more action-packed arcade shooter experience, as it expands its horizons to the space beyond ours. Also set to make this title more exciting are the hi-jackable enemy vehicles, more levels and enhanced on-foot and co-operative gameplay modes.

All you'll need is 800 Microsoft Points and Assault Heroes 2 is set to be on your green machine come May 14.
