Looks like the UK got Pac-Man this week along with a couple others!

Virtual Console is like a retirement home for aging mascots. Who knows, maybe one day we'll see Rocket Knight, Zool and Cool Spot coming back into the limelight - we can always hope - but for now we'll just have to make to with Bonk, the caveman kid.

Bonk's Revenge is a neat Turbografx game starring the bald-headed neanderthal, so-called because he runs around headbutting everything. Boulders, dinosaurs - you name it, Bonk butts it. Some of you keen-eyed Virtual Consolers may notice it's a follow-up to Bonk's Adventure, which is already available for download. And you'd be right! Once again Bonk goes around head-butting dinosaurs and scoffing meat in this prehistoric platformer.

For those who like a little more meat in their games - and by 'meat' we mean substance - then take a look at ActRaiser. It's a mix between platforming and simulation, as you take on the role of The Master, who must restore order to the world. It's a unique and extremely enjoyable experience and is well worth 800 Wii Points.

Finally, there's the NES version of Pac-Man. Hopefully we shouldn't really have to explain what Pac-Man's about. You know the drill - dots, ghosts, fruit, waka waka waka.

      Haha, I would have been more excited about Pac-Man if I was you. I am a huge fan of that series. I live in the US though, and we already have some amazing games released. =)

      I plan on buying at least one Pac-Man VC game eventually (as soon as I get some Wii Points and think about all of the games that have been released). I haven't played ActRaiser before. ^^;
