  i dont think these are legit, theres a video on gamesradar showing cheats ingame

  GTA's are fun without the cheatcodes, really...it's also more challenging. Only cheat code I found useful for me was the Pedestrian fighting code and the one where you give pedestrians weapons...other than that, I can live without the codes.

    good times
    the only cheat code i ever used to help complete a game was better car handling
    but that was in III though, stopped after that, only used cheats for fun

  _{Actually there is other ways to cheat besides the usual ones. I remember someone in the game, from the live video feed, pressed a certain sequence of numbers on the cell and the cheat activated. And it seems legit too.}
