Next Prince of Persia confirmed

Extending on previous news, looks like we'll indeed be seeing a new title in the PoP series from Ubisoft, and it will be multiplatform, including even the DS (with any luck it'll be better than their Assassin's Creed conversion).
Developed by Ubisoft’s award winning Montreal studio that brought you Assassin’s Creed™ and the same all-star team that created the previously acclaimed Prince of Persia® Sands of Time trilogy, Prince of Persia is opening a new chapter in the Prince of Persia universe, featuring a new breed of gameplay. The game is poised to rejuvenate the action-adventure genre in addition to introducing a brand-new illustrative art style.

    I've read an article that a Prince of Persia: Sands of Time movie will be released but the date is TBA.

      That has been known for a while mate. There is multiple articles here on GameGrep about who will play the Prince
