Most people outside of japan don't know much about about a series of games called Monster Hunter. In this series, you are playing the role of an amateur hunter, who's trying to move his or her way up in rank. The newest announcement by Capcom said it will be coming out on Wii. It was scheduled to come out on the PS3 at first, but because of development costs, Capcom decided to switch it to the Wii. Here are some of the reactions the community the has had with this announcement so far.

Graphics do not make a game, GAMEPLAY DOES. Something PS3 fan boys are forgetting. Although i have to admit, unless Capcom REALLY master the Wii mote, then this will suck major balls. Only Nintendo have been able to make motion sensing controls work well like Metroid Prime 3 for example. Hope this works well, and i can see why Capcom wouldn't put a high budget game like this on a console that isn't selling to well compared to the rest of the market. Why spend that much money on something you aren't guaranteed to make a profit from. - FallenAngelXBL

Did you play Super Smash Bro Brawl online on the Wii? It sucked major BALLS and it was even Nintendo's servers. Timed out matches, lag to hell, and connection problems all across the board.

Dude this sucks, it means its gonna have worse graphics then the Playstation version! They could have really taken it far with the scale of everything on the PS3 and the graphical/processing power there not even really gonna be able to use the Wiimote that effectively in the game really....

It also means an unreliable and pretty crappy Wifi experience with its rubbish friends list system, and no HD support

Oh an just to clarify in case "xarianuniverse" or anyone else says something, i do actually have a wii and a ps3 so its not like im being biased towards nintendo and FYI my 360 is my favorite console out of the 3

Hopefully the release of MH3 on the Wii will turn out alright, so that me and other Monster Hunter fans aren't disappointed.
