Square-Enix has announced that their upcoming Wii RPG, Dragon Quest Swords: The Masked Queen and Tower of Mirrors will be released on July 12th. The game will retail for 6,800 yen.

This game will be noticed for a couple of reasons. The game is, of course, the first Dragon Quest game that will be released on the Nintendo Wii, which will be sure to end up selling even more of the console. Also, this is the first Japanese Dragon Quest game that will have voice acting. Since some assume that since Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King had voice acting, but that was only in the localized version and not the Japanese one.

Dragon Quest Swords: The Masked Queen and Tower of Mirrors will hit Japan on July 12th. There is no word of when it will be released in the US, if at all. Updates will be made when available.
