Looks like Guitar Hero is jumping on the success of Rock Band and allowing you to form your own band. The screenshots show some of the stage we're all used to, but also shows off the new feature of being able to record your own original songs.

RedOctane has sent out the first screenshots from the latest installment into the Guitar Hero franchise. This time the the guitar player won’t be getting all the groupies as the Guitar Hero World Tour features a full line up of instruments that you would expect in any rock band. This time round you can also record you own original creations in the Music Studio section of the game.
