God Of War Theme Song Coming To Guitar Hero 3

The xbox got their free Halo theme song and now its the PS3's turn. On June 5th, there will be a God Of War theme song for Guitar Hero 3. It will be free to download.

On June 5, 2008, Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock will be receiving a free track exclusively for the PLAYSTATION 3 version of the game. That track, which will be available on the PLAYSTATION Store, is the God of War theme track, fully playable in Gutar Hero III. The news comes from the latest PlayStation Underground e-mail. We can't wait!

    Hah, awesome news. Now I can say "*bleep* you, I have the GOW theme. " to all my 360 friends that hold their Halo theme song over my head.

    Damn, this puts me at a bit of a conflict. I wanted the 360 version due to peripheral compatibility (between this, GH2, & Rock Band), but I know definitely that I want the GOW theme 100X more than the Halo theme. Now I don't know what to do.

      Its pretty simple choice....God of War theme. We all know its 100x better.

        I know that. That's a given. But I don't plan on buying multiple versions of the peripherals (especially with Activision sitting on the patch for the PS3 for the guitars to work between both games), that'll take too much out of my pocket.

        The 360 versions however, everything works together perfectly.
