Jack Thompsons case is not going well. After many years, the Florida Supreme court has finally had enough of him and filed charges against him. And of the 31 charges laid against him, the judge who reviewed his case Dava Tunis, has recommended that he be found guilty of 27 of them.
This is not the final verdict, just the Judge's recommendation for the Florida Supreme Court, but if this is any indication, things are not looking good for old Jacko.
Judge Dava Tunis has recommended that Jack Thompson be found guilty in 27 of the 31 charges filed against him by the Florida Bar. These recommendations are to be taken to the Florida Supreme Court with a formal report from Judge Tunis by September 2nd.
The recommendation and report was originally to be finalized in April, but Judge Tunis was granted an extension until August 31st in order to review the 1700 pages worth of exhibits, 2400 pages of transcribed testimony, and 400 letters from Jack Thompson.
Please note, however, this does not mean Jack Thompson has been found guilty. This is only a recommendation given by the judge who heard the case - the final verdict will come from the Florida Supreme Court, which is expected later this year. Furthermore, Jack Thompson is also due in court on June 4th for a disciplinary hearing related to the Florida Bar's complaints, also to be overheard by Judge Tunis.

Seriously, if Thompson is found guilty, I hope to God that the Florida Bar Association disbars him.
