But don't worry about it in the slightest, because the Wii in question was actually made of Cake. This weeks issue of Wired will give you a step-by-step guide on how to make your very own Wii Cake, and the chef is none other than Martha Stewart.

Just be sure not to mistake your actual Wii for the Cake...

I kinda have a knack for using these sort of titles for articles, I mean honestly, take a look at the current four newest articles on GameGrep, all by me, and all have names such as this

Are you serious, a WII cake. come on next she will come out with xbox or ps3 cake, don't get me wrong it sounds interesting but way to much work involved in this.
And im pretty sure most people don't have time to make cakes like this. I think leave this up to th bakery from a store.

If a parent wants to have a party for say their 10 year old, and wants to make the cake themselves, and the child is a big Games Fan (most likely that of a Wii), then I think this is the PERFECT recipe for that parent, and the best looking cake for that kid.

i doubt i can make a cake like this either.. the most i could do is probably the controller without any buttons
which is about the same as just a block of plain cake covered in whipped cream..

At least Martha Stewart is doing something constructive like this instead of something like insider trading again.

He should bake a PS3 cake first, then say "LET'S KICK IT UP A NOTCH!!!" and *BAM!* introduce the Wii cake.

    Cheater X Jul 20, 07
That doesn't surprise me at all. I've seen cakes that look like a PS2, Gamecube, etc... it was only a matter of time before we saw this. =P

    [summary]

What would be a good joke, construct an XBox 360 cake. As a funny little prank, no harm intended, some of the kid's friends will take the frosting squirter, fill it will red frosting, then dot around the power button three crescent moons. *BAM* Just out of luck, the dresser falls on the cake.

Now, take all this into reality... let it soak in...

Now picture that situation as a video game console and not as cake.

    [/summary]

        Krunal Jul 21, 07
Yes, he's trying to describe a Cake that looks like the XBOX 360 BUT with the red ring of death.

Make a cake in the shape of solid snake
    • 0
      Krunal Jul 21, 07
      Interpretation of your post:
Non-Gamer: A Snake that is stiff solid.
Gamer: Solid Snake from the MGS series

    YeOldeBowser Jul 25, 07
Martha Stewart probably doesn't know anything about the Wii, except it will boost her sales

Yeah, that would be funny if a Non-Gamer read that. A stiff snake cake

    Warsun Jul 26, 07
Man Martha is so freakin' HAWT!

I would definitely chow down on her cake.

    YeOldeBowser Jul 26, 07

Anyways I'm so getting that cake for my birthday. It's only in two weeks

    Capn Droid Jul 27, 07
    Nice... I can't believe you're finally turning-

    OMG, IT'S MARTHA STEWART!

Anyways, Solid Snake would be interesting... imagine all the little kids who don't know anything about the game, "uhm, why is there a man on your cake?"
