The highly respected gaming magazine 'Famitsu' seems to be getting into the spotlight alot lately, especially with their recent quote saying "A third party game that will save the PlayStation 3 in Japan is to be announced tomorrow". Could this possibly be the release of the much clamoured-for Final Fantasy VII Remake? Or possibly the rumored FFVII: Endless Crisis? Only time will tell, but if Famitsu themselves say it's going to save the PS3, then it's got to be big!

The hype train has now reached full speed with the latest issue of Famitsu, a popular Japanese gaming magazine, hinting at a possible Final Fantasy VII remake.

From the translation, Famitsu states, "A third party game that will save the PlayStation 3 in Japan is to be announced tomorrow."

With all the recent rumors hitting the net lately, we can only assume they are talking about Square Enix and Final Fantasy VII (Whether or not the speculated Endless Crisis: Final Fantasy VII reported yesterday is a separate project or not is unknown, though it may simply just be the full title for a proposed remake)

A game that solidified it's existence instead of everyone bashing it all the time would be nice. I guess MGS4 isn't enough.

No offense to FFVII fans out there...but the endless FFVII rumors are frustrating the living *bleep* outta me...and what the hell does that mean that it will "save the PS3"????

I guess they mean that, if they actually re-made FF7 for PS3, that the PS3 sales would increase dramatically because people will buy it simply for that game.

Can't say im surprised though, i doubt its a FF7 remake. Most likely its the Endless Crisis. Seeker X i understand, my whole problem is SE not just confirming it to the whole world and stop with there BS hints.
