Stores and console companies have shut out games that do not pay to get a rating from the ESRB. Apple doesn't require the ratings on apps and games yet there has been no problem. It is not news to know how this can be a burden on small indie developers.

We get so caught up in completing the story and killing the final boss that we forget the people who really deserve some applause: the merchants! How else would you get that sword, shield, and armor to combat your foes? These five merchants are the best of the bunch.
