Big MGS Fan Gets Big MGS Tattooes

If you're a Metal Gear Solid fan, it's probably not wise to do something like this. Kotaku reader "daeeatsall" recently got pictures of Naked Snake and EVA tattooed onto his hands.
Will he regret this in the future? Most likely...

Kotaku reader and Philadelphian "daeeatsall" is not what you might call a "casual" fan of Metal Gear. This pair of Metal Gear Solid 3-inspired tattoos that have effectively eliminated him from the regular workforce are a testament to that, with a "Zombie" facepainted Snake on his right and an Eva on his left.

    What a moron. Thats like getting a chicks name tattooed on your chest. And besides, they don't even look that good. Why the hell would you tattoo your hands anyway? And why their faces? Idiot...

    THat is pretty lame. What a poor job the tattooer did. They look nothing like Snake or Raiden. I was hardly able to tell that was them. Now the poor shmuck is stuck with them- haha

      You mean Snake or Eva, not Raiden.
      But yeah, they don't really look the part, but I'm sure any MGS fan can tell who they are. Still...that's a pretty dumb thing to do.

    Now he should have spent 2 months going for treatments and got the limited edition MGS4 box art on his back... Now that would look badass if it looked half decent.

    The Snake one is okay. I recognised who it was at least, so that's always a good sign with a tattoo.

    But the EVA one is just ... ugh. It barely even looks like her and the odd "rain effect" doesn't really help the matter either.

    The guy's gonna be regretting it in a few years when he realizes that it'll be almost impossible to get a decent job with two video-game characters tattooed onto the back of his hands.

      Still even if he was self-employed, People would be put off slightly by his large tattoes all over his hands.

      If some builder came to my house with tattoes all over his hands and tattoes of MGS, I would be like "errmm, no thanks"

        On the hands is pretty bad... but not as bad as people who get tat's on their face. That's the worst.
