It seems that the cover of GameInformer was not the only piece of evidence that Uncharted 2 was on the way. Actual screenshots of the game itself were within the magazine, and how they were overlooked by the Neo community is beyond me.

So far the game looks just as great as the original, and it's obvious we're seeing some new locales, one such being a sort of roughed-up city. We're already aware of the snow-ridden environments, but it's apparent in the lower right of the image that there are levels remeniscent of the original's jungle.

There's only one scan, unfortunately. Enjoy it!

I hope the cutscenes are in real time in this one.

They were in the first, Naughty Dog said that on many occasions before and after release of the first game. This game is also 100% real time, the teaser trailer they showed off a week ago was also all in-game and looked better than any of the cutscenes in the first game.

Well there must be another word for the cutscenes then. When a cutscene would show up the colour and graphics looked better than when the game would cut back to the actual gameplay. The same thing that was done in RE4 on PS2.The cutscenes had better graphics than the actual game. Not to mention that if you used a different costume, the original costume would be in the cutscene.

If you played Uncharted with the Naughty Dog shirt, the cutscenes would show his default shirt.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but does that not mean that the cutscenes weren't in real time?

I think it means it uses the same engine as the gameplay, just in a different way. Not to sure.

    Cant...sell...PS3....game...too...good.

Seriously Naughty Dog are underrated and underappreciated; a fantastic development studio which truly makes excellent and entertaining video games. The Jak and Daxter series was awesome and ranked high on my favourites, but this is really turning into something spectacular. The first Uncharted was brilliant!
