Darksiders Screenshots and Final PS3 Box Art Design

Electronic Theatre hosts the final box art design and two fresh screenshots for the PLAYSTATION 3 version of THQ's forthcoming consoel release, Darksiders.

With THQ’s Darksiders finally readying itself for release at the end of the year, the publisher has released the final design of the PLAYSTATION 3 box art, alongside some brand new screenshots. The box art is similar to that which has been released before, but shows the definitive drop of the previously suggested subtitle "Wrath of War".

    I love the boxart, but I have no clue on the game's premise. Research will need to be done, 'cause I can't buy a game based on boxart...

    You're the horseman of war in a Zelda-like adventure with combat that's reminiscent of God of War/Ninja Gaiden. You go around killing angels and demons, your horse is made of flames and ash and you can summon him anywhere you want in the over world.

    Looks promising really.
