Today, the much anticipated Wii title Monster Hunter 3 hit the stores, and Famitsu dispatched staff to cover the various launches around Japan. This report had them at the Yodobashi Camera store in the electric town Akihabara, where a line of around 500 strong formed inside the store ready to purchase the newest game in one of Japan's more popular series.

Releasing alongside Monster Hunter 3 today also was the new Classic Controller Pro, and the Wii Kuro, a black-colored version of Nintendo's console. You can check out more pictures at the source. Famitsu had multiple reports, so stay tuned!
