In this week's Famitsu leaks (which brought us Persona 3 Portable), Capcom's former mystery game, Sengoku BASARA 3, was one of the featured games. The game will be releasing for the Wii and PlayStation 3. One of the game's main areas of focus will be the famous Battle of Sekigahara.

A couple of the game's new characters will be Tokugawa shogun and Eastern Army leader Tokugawa Ieyasu and Western Army de facto leader Ishida Mitsunari. While Ishida is equipped with a katana, Tokugawa's more of a brawler, using his fists. Series mainstays Date Masamune and Sanada Yukimura will also return to the fray.

Sengoku BASARA 3 will see a 2010 release. Scans are courtesy VideogamerX.net. The first game in the series, Sengoku BASARA, made it to Western shores as Devil Kings, but the other games in the series, Sengoku BASARA 2, BASARA 2 Heroes, and BASARA X have not left Japan.
