Microsoft has released official and final box art design for the highly anticipated Xbox 360 exclusive Halo: Reach today. Halo: Reach is set for release worldwide this coming September.

Halo: Reach is easily one of the most anticipated releases of 2010, and possibly the most high-profile title hitting the Xbox 360 this year. To that end, Microsoft are ensuring it doesn’t arrive without a very big bang, and at their recent X10 event the publisher revealed that the previously revealed Halo: Reach beta testing phase will be available from May 3rd, 2010. That is of course, so long as you have purchased a copy of last year’s Halo 3: ODST with an included invite.

Pretty nice boxart. I've never been excited for a Halo game, but this one actually looks pretty damn interesting!

Haven't really played a halo game since Halo 2, but everyone keeps saying this is different.

    What makes it so?

I'll probably look into it later, so what is this more co-op? Didn't Halo 2 have 4 player co-op?

Either way I'll look into it, maybe I'll like it. I do like the boxart though.

The campaign looks like it's leaning towards the team-tactical genre. Instead of just being a lone wolf with the occasional marines and ODSTs helping you, you have a full team of Spartans. There's been a couple leaked pictures that suggest that you can even send commands to the other Spartans, so what you get is a team-tactical FPS.
