Yesterday more scans from CoroCoro magezine were leaked showing several new Pokémon, 2 names for previouly seen Pokémon and the typing for the, now known, Normal/Grass Type Pokémon, Shikijika as well as it's special, seasonal ability.

Photos of the August issue of CoroCoro magazine are now leaking on 2ch. They are photos of the "Master Document" that CoroCoro promised last month; however, the document does not contain any new Pokemon for Internet fans as all of them were revealed through trailers, leaks, television, etc. Translations are courtesy of Sabonea Masukippa. If there are any new photos, they'll be posted immediately, so check back once in a while!

I don't think they're all that bad. I mean, people are only critising them because they're comparing them to the original designs. If these were the first pokemon to be released, people would be critising them because they look different to those ones. I think people just need to realise that really they're not really anymore different to those in the first generation. So yeah, haters gunna hate.

To be honest I see where Twin is coming from. Some of the pokemon just look.... messed up. I'm not even comparing them to previous generations either. They're running out of ideas.

Well obviously. I think you'd start running out of ideas after 493 Pokemon.

The Pokemon are a little cruddy looking. I still want to try out this game before I give my absolute opinion.

A bunch of them are actually throwbacks to the first Generation. Look at that spiritual successor to Caterpie! And there is a Magikarp, an Eevee, a Pidgey, and more!

Nintendo is flattering themselves, and the Pokemon look great. Plus, we are stuck with them until after the E4, so learn to love them.

I think what they're trying to do is simply re-use the structure they hve used for every generation so far. You can't really do muche else aside from what they have been doing, especially with such a young target audience. Therefore they're going to have a Magikarp, Eevee, Pidgy and the like again and again.
