While we've been spending most of the Liepzig Game Convention scoping out the vast exhibition center and catching up with the latest versions of Haze, Midnight Club LA, End War, Kane & Lynch, Crysis, Turok, PES 2008 (on PS3!), Far Cry 2 and StarCraft 2 (and it's only day one...), we've also been getting all snap happy on the booth babes. Of which there are loads. Dozens. In fact, it almost distracts you from the games on offer. It really does. Remember when the US trade-only E3 show used to be the hotbed of booth babes? Forget it - this year Leipzig has pwned LA.

We've got plenty of pics for you to peruse (our personal favourites have to be the painted ladies and the cutesy, furry-eared Final Fantasy girls) but unfortunately we can't always tell you what they were supposed to be promoting. Which sort of defies the point of them.Where we've remembered the company that paid them to stand and smile will get their plug. Otherwise just read the logo on the T-shirt. Like you care anyway...
