    Yes it is, if you see the first image you can see that the box shown is the PC versions, but I believe this deal is for all consoles and not just the PC version.

  I have to get this as a present, so why not kick it up a notch and get all these other goodies with only $10 more? Sure is better than the Collector's Edition for Spider-Man 3.

  Looks nice but I wonder if we'll get this version in the UK too? With some games we do and others we don't (like FFXII).

  I dislike tin box's, I don't think they look good and it's a pain in the arse at times to have to go and get the CD out (Viva Pinata anyone?).
  
  The other extras the Special Edition provides though sounds alright, I'd rather save £10 though.
